This is an area with a huge amount to do and see, there is something for everyone here.The views are stunning and the conservation beach of the famous Blue Lagoon is your local beach.There are wonderful boat trips from here and from Fethiye where you can go out for a day around the coast ,lunch is served on board and all for a cost of about £5-£6!The area is rich in historical sites and there are trips organised to these on a daily basis.There are water sports available including scuba diving and for the very adventerous there is paragliding from the top of Babadag mountain or you can just sit and watch them landing on the beach at Olu Deniz!Ther are wonderful markets here where you can buy just about anything and all very cheaply ,the biggest is in Fethiye on a Tuesday and as well as shopping till you drop you can sample the traditional pancakes made by the local women.
