Select your ideal destination for your holiday from the many countries on offer at Sunseekers, after this carefully choose the region….you may have specific requirements as to your choice of area so take your time and be selective.

Two: Find the right property

Properties advertised with Sunseekers are organized into regions with each property offering very different amenities and locations, it may be advisable to make a short list of the properties that suit your requirements….take a note of the unique reference number that each property has so you can view the property when making your final decision.

Three: Check availability

Each of the holiday homes listed will have an availability calendar showing the available dates for the property, most villa owners will update this on a regular basis but it would be advisable to make contact with the owner just to clarify your selected dates are available.

Four: Confirm your booking

Contact the owner to make your provisional booking and confirm the price, currency and payment method they prefer.Once this has been done you would be required to pay either a deposit or the total cost of your stay, always confirm in writing your booking and request a receipt and booking confirmation from the owner.

Five: Make your travel arrangements

Now your property is booked you are free to choose your method of transport, at Sunseekers we do not sell or arrange travel but you will find links from this web site to a selection of agents that can deal with your requirements.
