Our vacation home is 1000 square foot, 2nd floor and comprises master bedroom, 2nd bedroom, bathroom, living room, dining room, kitchen and 10 x 40 deck facing lake.
Our home is nonsmoking.
Lakemont Pines lake is across the street from our home. It offers sandy beaches, paddle boat rentals, playground, snack bar, fishing, swimming and non motorized boating lake with a lifeguard on duty in summer months.
We are surrounded by the Stanislaus National Forest
