Situated in a relativey unspoilt area of Jandia in southern Fuerteventura, the coastline is about 22 km long, running south westerly from Costa Calma to Morro Jable.

Palm Garden has swimming pools and sun loungers by the pools with sea views. It also has a restaurant, games room with table tennis and billiards. There is Internet access and a telephone in the ground floor foyer with reception/key drop manned 24/7.

Supermarkets, bars, restaurants and shops are all close by and there are plenty of good places to eat and drink, all within a short walk.

Water sports abound:- windsurfing, kite surfing, diving, jet ski, fishing, boat trips also cycling, tennis, golf, mountain, trike and motorcross biking and camel riding. Or visit the Botaanical Garden and Animal Park.

The main roads are new and good, you can hire a car either at the airport or at Jandia, otherwise use a taxi or bus to go sightseeing around the island
The small fishing village of Morro Jable is about 3 km with its romantic waterfont restauants, it takes approx 20 minutes to walk there either along the beach or along the promenade, otherwise take short taxi ride.

The apartments all have TV with a DVD and a well equipped kitchenette.
There is wheelchair access.
The beach has a cafe and sun lounges, it also has a useful foot shower for when you come off the beach.
The changever day is flexible. Bed linen and electricity are included, but not towels.

RENTAL NOTES:

Changeover day is flexible but Wednesdays would be normal. A deposit of £100 (250 Euros) is payable at the time of booking, with the balance payable at least 6 weeks before the day of arrival. If the booking is made within 6 weeks of departure then the full rental is payable at the time of booking.

Local Property Notes:
Apart from beach-based activies there are parks and places to visit, plus guided tours of the island. Camel riding is a favourite. Private medical insurance is advisable as all meid=cal facilities outside the capital (Puerto del Rosario) seem to be private and can prove expensive if needed.
