Situated in a quiet leafy lane, yet only 700m from the sea, on the outskirts of Paphos, in Chlorakas, this 3 bedroomed, 3 bathroomed villa’s location provides lovely views over the open countryside to the sea. Built and furnished to a high standard, and with all bedrooms having a private bathroom, it is perfect for couples and groups of adults.

The accommodation consists of 3 air conditioned bedrooms, 2 double, 1 twin, all with beautifully tiled en-suite shower and w.c. One is downstairs, reached by 6 or so stairs and 2 are upstairs.
All bedrooms have their own balcony.

The kitchen has oven, washing machine, microwave, fridge-freezer, toaster. Guest w.c. Dining area and sitting room is equipped with satellite TV, CD/Tape Hi Fi and fireplace, and opens on to lovely terrace overlooking pool. Portable BBQ. Private garden and drive.
The private pool 8.5m x 4.5m is illuminated at night. Poolside is equipped with 6 sunloungers, umbrellas and garden furniture.
The village is within strolling distance. Paphos Town is 3km and Coral Bay is 10 minutes drive.
The sea is just 700m, and a good selection of bars, restaurants and minimarkets, are closeby, from 300m/500m approx. The local bus, (which runs regularly between Paphos Harbour and Coral Bay), is 300m. A car is not essential. Paphos Airport transfer 25 minutes. Taxi for 4 CY£15 approx. I can arrange this.
The property has warm air heating for cooler months.
Air conditioning/warm air heating: Available in all bedrooms and lounge. 5 units in all. CY£3. per machine, per day. Pay there before use.
