50% non returnable deposit is payable on booking with the balance due six weeks before the start of holiday. A returnable deposit of £50.00 is allso required to cover any breakages ect. We do not provide any form of travel insurance cover and recommend that you take out your own. Change over date and time by arrangement of owners.

Local Property Notes:
The nearest village is Tala set in the hills and is five minutes from the Apartments. There are a couple of bars and small restaurants together with a supermarket. Paphos Harbour with its abundance of bars and restaurants is a fifteen minutes drive away. Paphos town with its daily morning market will take around ten minutes to reach. Larger shops banks ect can be found here. Coral Bay renowned for its suberb sandy beaches is five kms away, with its calm shallow waters and wide selection of water sports its an ideal location for familys.
