Once a whole floor of a 1930s hotel, the kitchen, living room and principal bedroom all open onto the large sun soaked terrace overlooking the quayside, an idyllic spot for your morning coffee and croissants. Four further double bedrooms, two bathrooms, and laundry room, giving spacious accommodation for ten.

No need to drive anywhere. Main beach, swimming pools, town centre amenities all within 5 '10 minutes walk. Spectacular cliff walks, swimming, fishing, rockpooling, kayaking, sailing and windsurfing at your door, with golf at neighbouring St. Briac. Dinard is a very popular French resort directly across the Rance estuary from St Malo. There is a thriving artistic community in the town, and excellent shopping, restaurants and bars, with a market 3 days a week. You can visit St Malo, or take a day trip upriver to Dinan, or to the islands including the Chausey archipelago on the passenger ferry which leaves from the quayside directly outside. You can also do a day trip to Jersey or Guernsey from St Malo.

Rents vary from £595 - £1495 per week depending on the time of year, and off season you can go for a long weekend, ideal for a quick break with friends or family. During the high season the flat is available on a weekly basis Saturday ' Saturday. The rest of the year you have the option of a weekly rental, or a long weekend (LWE), Thursday ' Tuesday inclusive. If you want a long let then we are prepared to negotiate a rate dependent on the length of stay and season.

Local Property Notes:
Dinard is located on the northern coast of Brittany, on the Rance estuary, opposite the historic walled city of St Malo. It was developed as a seaside resort in the 1800s by the English aristocracy and wealthy Americans. There are spectacular walks at your door, and the skyline is broken by the many beautiful villas perched on the cliff tops. The exact location of the flat is marked by the red arrow above.
