Local Property Notes:
The island is very good for the very active ie.walking thought the forest and around the tip of Kanapitsa. A visit to the Monasteries is a must, as are the numerous boat trips around the island and out to the beautiful Marine Park. Boat trips are organised for visit to the neighboouring islands Skopelos and Alonissos and capital city of Greece Athens.
In SKiathos town you can find namy bars, clubs, cafe bars, resturants and tavernas to suite all. There are many trendy cafes, bars on the harbour front that get very busy during the summer. If you want to relax on the cushions in a very chic and cosmopolitan atmosphere then head to the steps of the old port and select a bar that takes your fancy. Most popular leisure activities can be found in Skiathos. From windsurfing to horse riding.
