Within easy distance of the Villa are the historic centres of Alberobello, Fasano, Tranto, Foggia, Lecce and many more but not forgetting Ostuni approximately 3 kilometres away. The villa is 25 minutes from Brindisi and 55 minutes from Bari where the major airports and ferry ports for Puglia are situated. Therefore though the Villa provides a feeling of seclusion and independence the necessities for living (including medical care) are only 3 km away. There are a number of golf courses within reach of the Villa. The courses are all quite different in character and are a pleasure for golfers of every standard, with a steady prevailing breeze adding to the challenge. If golf is your sport, the nearest golf course is circa 35 minutes away.

We will fit in with your holiday dates and therefore changeover days are flexible. For rates on two seperate weeks in a 12 month period, please contact us. Rental rates include cleaning, laundry, electricity, gas and local arrangements to meet and introduce you to the Villas facilities/settle into the villa. Rental rates do not include any pre-arranged shopping; meet and greet at Airport, which is available and paid for locally. Should you wish to take a short or out of season break please contact us for further information.
The November to March rental rates include gas for central heating, but not logs for the fire which can be provided if required. A deposit of 30% of the total cost of your holiday will be required to secure your reservation and we will forward to you a proforma invoice for the balance nearer the date of your final payment. The total cost of your holiday should be paid no later than 8 weeks before commencement of your holiday. Upon receipt of full payment for your holiday we will provide you with a comprehensive information pack containing local information, directions and contact numbers of people and services to assist in ensuring you have a trouble free and enjoyable holiday. A refundable security deposit of €200 in cash is payable locally on arrival this is to cover loss/none return of keys, damages, breakages or extra cleaning.
