This is a breathtakingly beautiful trullo. It has many of the features that show off the lovely local stone to its full effect, both inside and out. It has been renovated from top to bottom without altering its original identity, from its old oak beams to its stone floors and combines beauty and comfort. It was completed in June 2006 after four years of loving and devoted work. Once lived in by local farmers who grew grapes and olives and then abandoned, as subsistence farming went out of fashion, we acquired the property as a pretty ruin next to a majestic oak tree. It was a bit of a challenge but as it still had its original stone work and niches, including its own arch to further enhance an already enchanting façade, it was just asking to be restored. It is down a lane and on its own land so that people staying there will have privacy and peace as well as being surrounded by cherry, olive and fig trees.
Outside you can sunbathe and eat on the patio, or on the terraced roof. Theres a barbeque in the patio too and a large and separate shady area under the huge oak tree outside.
10 min. drive to towns and 20 min. drive to Adriatic coast.
