The pool,is a 10x5 salt water pool and is completely private (skinny dip to your hearts content!) There are seating area all around the house with garden furniture and BBQ for al fresco dining. All bedrooms have mosquito nets and are well furnished. The kitchen is modern, with all home comforts and is separated from the dining room by a breakfast bar. The lounge is also well furnished and has flat screen TV with satellite. CD, DVD players and wood burning fire place We have been awarded the Alojomental Licence for Casa Corina which means that all electric and gas installations are checked and safe.

RENTAL NOTES:

A 30% deposit is required on booking with the remainder due 6 weeks prior to arrival. This deposit is non refundable unless a replacement booking is accepted for the relevant dates.A security refundable deposit of 100 is required to cover loss, breakages etc which will be returned within 2 working weeks following departure or on the day of departure if time allows for inspection etc. An inventory is available in the information pack in the villa.
We will accept payment in sterling or Euro, using the currency conversion tool. The preferred method of payment is by direct bank transfer. Details for transfer etc will be given on booking. Cheques will also be accepted and booking confirmed upon cheque clearance

Local Property Notes:
Casa Corina is just a few minutes drive from the small, friendly town of Sao Bras de Alportel. Set in a peaceful if not idyllic situation, overlooking the valley of Bordeira with distant sea views of Faro. Beaches, golf and horse riding are just a 20 minute drive away, as is faro airport. The busy town of Loule, famous for its market where linens, pottery and other local products as well as the fish and vegetable market, is only 7/8 minutes by car. Sao Bras now boasts a variety of local restaurants providing local as well as international cuisine such as Indian & Chinese. Sao Bras is also famous for cork production, although not as many factories exist now, you can still follow the organised Rota Cortica and see where your wine corks come from (the champagne region of France only use cork produced in this area) The local museum is also worth a visit where costume, farming implements,carts etc from bygone days can be seen
