We have two 2 bedroom apartments in this block both on the second floor with lift, south facing, with views over the swimming pool, gardens and to the Mediterranean, being the same layout they are ideal for 2 families.
They are situated in Nerja town, set in private gardens, with swimming pool and childrens play area for your use and only minutes from several clean beaches with restaurants and water sports.
The accommodation consists of 1 double and 1 twin bedroom. Bathroom with bath / shower over, vanity unit and bidet. Separate toilet. The lounge/dining room has a colour T.V. with video recorder or satellite, with English TV and radio, also radio/cassette (local English speaking stations), and from the lounge, a balcony with tables and chairs overlook the pool, also a separate fitted kitchen with full cooker, fridge, microwave, toaster, etc.
A welcome pack is included, sufficient for a light snack.
They both sleep 4. But a Z bed or cot is available for a child at a small additional cost.
Electricity 220 volts, water and gas for hot water and cooking are included.
Bed linen and towels are changed weekly.
There is a payphone close to the apartment block.
Also a portable gas or electric heater for use in winter, and fans for the summer.
As we live locally we are available should you have any problems or need advice during your stay.
Most airports have flights into Malaga, which is only 40 minutes from Nerja by car. If required, we can arrange car hire, taxi or minibus to meet your flight on arrival into Malaga airport.
We can also arrange to pick you up by private car from the airport.

These prices are per week for our apartment in Nerja.
A 10% discount is offered for booking of more than 3 weeks
The start day is normally Saturday , but maybe flexible out of the high season period.
Transfers can be arranged from Malaga airport by private car from 50 Euros each way 4 persons maximum , or a Taxi / minibus can be arranged.

Local Property Notes:
Nerja is a charming coastal town centred around the famous Balcon de Europa jutting into the Mediterranean, lined with bars and restaurants, with spectacular views along the coast to many coves and beaches.
Frigiliana is a picturesque white mountain village nestling in the foothills of the Tejada nature reserve. This area is very fertile and well watered from the Sierra Almijara growing avocados, mangos, citrus fruits and of course olives, still ploughed by the age old way with oxen and mules.
Along the coast to La Herradura, (Horseshoe Bay) Almunecar, Salobrena and inland to the white villages, Granada with skiing in the winter and the Alhambra palace, not to be missed, Seville, Ronda, Cordoba, Malaga, Marbella spotting the rich and famous, and of course Gibraltar, can easily be reached by car, taxi, or coach.
Last but not least the famous Nerja caves, spectacular and impressive, found in the sixties by a group of local boys. In July they resound with areas from famous operas and international orchestras.
