With the plot enjoying maximum sun hours each day, there are various terraces laid out for sitting/sunbathing should one wish to enjoy aspects of the gardens and views. A further, very large, 85 long terrace affording additional secluded, pine tree sheltered dining and enjoying uninterrupted distant views of the sea via the El Portet valley. The mature garden has been professionally landscaped with various Palms, Conifers, huge bustling Poplars, Mimosa, seasonal flowering trees and plants including the obligatory Geraniums and Bougainvillaea.
The accommodation comprises of a bright, large triple aspect circular lounge, well furnished, with large Digital Satellite television.
A newly installed separate fully fitted kitchen is well equipped to provide all normal requirements including new appliances such as a large fridge-freezer, microwave, gas hob/electric oven, dishwasher and ceiling fan. There are 3 large bedrooms (2 double and 1 twin) each equipped with ceiling fans, and a comfortable fold away bed. The 2 doubles (one of them accessed separately from the outside) have their own large en-suite bathrooms whereas the twin has a separate large bathroom adjacent to it. Each bathroom is fully tiled and comprises of a shower cubicle, wc, large wash hand basin, bidet and a vanity unit.
At the pool level we have a separate indoor second kitchen which consists of a large barbecue, tiled worktops, sink, gas hob, convection microwave, small fridge and a dining table with four chairs and where you will find the built-in safe.
Please note: The 3 bedrooms sleep 6 persons in comfort. We have an additional Z-bed that can accommodate an extra person (child).
