The apartment is ideally situated in a prime position in the highly sought after eastern side of town, close to the Parador. This area is the older, more traditional part of Nerja, and is widely regarded as the towns most favourable location.

The famous Balcon de Europa, with its stunning views across the Mediterranean, is a leisurely 5 to 10 minute stroll away. Closer, in fact just a few metres from the apartment, is the beautiful Carabeillo beach, accessed by a walkway set into the side of the cliff. Burriana beach is a further 5 minute walk. Here you can enjoy fresh sardines and sangria at one of the many beachside restaurants - and Ayos legendary giant paella is not to be missed!

The apartment has one double bedroom and a bathroom with full suite. The new fitted kitchen is fully equipped with fridge-freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle and washing machine. The secluded communal pool and garden overlooks the breathtakingly beautiful Carabeillo beach directly below, with views extending over the Mediterranean. A £100 deposit is required to secure the booking and the full balance is payable 6 weeks prior to arrival.
Bookings are Saturday to Saturday, but this may be negotiable at quieter times of the year.
Discounts are given for long lets.
The apartment is available from 4pm on your arrival day and must be vacated by 10am on your day of departure.

Local Property Notes:
Nerja is without doubt the most attractive resort on the Costa del Sol, lacking the high rise development that typifies coastal areas further west. The town manages to maintain a perfect balance, offering a charming mix of traditional tapas bars and narrow, winding streets, with all the beaches, shops and amenities associated with a successful holiday resort.

The beautiful little village of Frigiliana is a short bus ride away or, if youre feeling active, you can walk there along the dry river bed. The caves at Maro, again just 5 minutes away by bus, are a must see.

The cities of Granada (90 mins by car) and Malaga (45 mins) can be comfortably visited in a day trip.
