This large delightful villa is situated in a magnificent position overlooking the sea, in a quiet residential area, yet only a few minutes walk to the nearest lovely sandy beach of Cala Serena. The house is built around a beautiful picturesque terraced courtyard with built-in-BBQ, ideal for eating outside whilst enjoying the stunning views over the sea.

Downstairs there is a very large lounge/dining area with satellite TV, and patio doors that lead on to a terrace. The fully fitted kitchen has a washing machine, dishwasher and picture windows overlooking the sea. There is one double bedroom with en-suite, 2 twin-bedded rooms with a modern shower room in between. This part of the villa can be rented separately for up to 6 people at a reduced price if required.

The outside staircase leads to a large nicely furnished lounge/dining area with doors onto a terrace with marvellous views over the sea, ideal for sunbathing or evening drinks, one twin bedded room with doors leading to a terrace with fantastic views, a separate modern bathroom also with shower cubicle, and one further twin bedded room. When renting both floors the villa can accommodate up to 10 people.

It takes approx 20-30 minutes to walk to Cala dOr, and 10 minutes to walk to the nearest restaurants, bars and shops

GOLF: The nearest golf course is at Vall dOr, about 10 minute drive from the Villa
BOAT HIRE: Now is possible to hire a speedboat for the day or half a day with a captain, or if you have a licence, without a captain. You can water ski or go to some of the lovely beaches along the coast.
CYCLING: Bicycles can be rented by the day, or even for just a half a day.
PLACES OF INTEREST:
CABRERA NATIONAL PARK: An uninhabited island just off the Southern coast of the island. Regular boat trips run throughout the summer months from Porto Petro in the morning, returning you back in the early evening.
FELANITX: This town hosts the monastery of Sant Salvador, which has breathtaking views.
INCA: This is the second largest town in Mallorca and is an important footwear industrial town.
LA GRANJA: Located near the village of Esporles, La Granja is an estate, which has been turned into a living museum for rural Mallorca life, where handicrafts of bygone years are still practised to this day.
PORTO CRISTO: Once a small fishing village, now grown into a sophisticated holiday resort. Porto Cristo is where you can visit the world famous "CAVES OF DRACH".
PALMA: The capital of the island. Palma is a compact city of narrow, evocative streets and noble buildings, which is dominated by its imposing Gothic Cathedral "La Seu". Palma has an excellent choice of elegant shops and galleries.
LLUCH: Lluch is popular because it has a monastery, which was founded in the 13th century and is situated 1300ft above the sea level.
