The Villa boasts a huge 10m x 7m Private unoverlooked swimming pool and extensive sun terracing and gardens. It is spacious and fully equipped for a large family or two families wishing to share. There are 4 double bedrooms, but extra beds are available to make any of the bedrooms into family rooms, and can comfortably sleep 8-12.

The Villa is situated a little inland from the town of Pilar de la Horadada in the popular village of Pinar de Campoverde, just 8 kilometres from the Costa Blanca coastline. Pinar de Campoverde is located in a quiet area set in pine woodland, offering lovely views of the nearby Mediterranean sea. The centre of the village has a good variety of restaurants and bars and also has a supermarket, there are tennis courts, swimming pools and banks, and there is a small street market held on Sundays a great place to buy locally grown fresh produce and other products.

For golfing enthusiasts there are a number of excellent golf courses nearby, at least three courses within 15 minutes of the villa.

A little to the south is the popular area of the Mar Menor (Lesser Sea) with some excellent resorts and beaches, some of the best known being Lo Pagan, Santiago de la Ribera and Los Alcazares. To the north lies the busy Orihuela Costa region with some wonderful resorts such as Cabo Roig, Campoamor, La Zenia, Playa Flamenca Mil Palmeras and Punta Prima, all have 'blue flag' beaches and wide range of facilities.

A charge of 120 euros is payable locally on arrival to cover check-in/out and after-stay clean/laundry. A refundable breakage deposit of 100 euros is also payable on checking in, which will be refunded on checking out.

A deposit of 25% is payable to secure the booking, and the balance is payable 6 weeks prior to arrival.
