The apartment is one of 8 privately owned in a small gated complex offering comfort, privacy and security. There is secure parking within the complex. The local road train stops outside at regular intervals and calls at all major beaches in the region.

There is a residents pool set within attractive communal gardens with sunbeds provided for those wishing to relax and lay by the pool. It is a ground floor apartment having 2 bedrooms, a lounge with an open kitchen dining area and benefits from a large terrace opening onto the pool area. It has reversible air-conditioning doubling as a heater for those wishing to visit in the winter months. Cala d'Or has everything needed for a great holiday. There is an abundance of bars, restaurants, shops and activities on offer for all ages and tastes.

RENTAL NOTES:

Prices are for the property per week in UK Pounds.
Any extra or odd nights are charged pro-rata.
We accept either UK Pounds or Euros. A £200 returnable damage deposit is required either prior to or on arrival.

There is no preferred changeover day. We try to be as flexible as possible to allow you to make the best travel arrangements. Access to the apartment is between 3pm and 11pm on the day of arrival and please vacate by 11am on day of departure.

Local Property Notes:
Although many other similar sized apartments offer accommodation for 6 we have chosen to provide more comfortable living for 4 people and have equipped it accordingly. The apartment has air-conditioning/heating. The terrace and enclosed gardens are ideal for families with small children as access to the road outside the perimeter fence can only be gained using the key provided. Sun loungers are provided round the pool. The pedestrian gate locks automatically and there is an electronic gate into the parking area. Smoking is not permitted inside the apartment and no pets please. An information folder is provided inside the apartment. A wall safe is fitted in the main bedroom - 20 euro refundable deposit is required for the key.

Patio doors lead out onto a large terrace which overlooks and gives access to the pool area. There is a glass top wrought iron table and chairs, a 2 seater patio sofa and 2 armchairs with a matching coffee table. The swimming pool is shared with 7 other apartments and has a outdoor shower. There is a shallow platform near the steps of approx 60cm (2ft) and at the deepest end the pool is approx 183cm (6ft). If you have children aged 8 or under it is requested that they are accompanied by an adult at the pool area. There are 4 sunbeds for sole use of our clients. The perimeter fence of the complex is screened to provide extra privacy for sunbathers.
