This villa lies in a peaceful location off Highway 27 with easy access to Interstate 4.
The major attractions of Orlando are approximately 15 minutes away and several challenging and well maintained golf courses are also a short drive away and will delight golfing enthusiasts. Floridas breathtaking beaches and the Kennedy Space Centre can comfortably be reached for memorable days out.
Fully air conditioned and meeting the exacting standards of quality which we know are so essential for the enjoyment of your holiday our villa accomodates 8 people in spacious comfort. The two master bedrooms have large wardrobes and spacious en-suite facilities. Separated by their own bathrom the two sizeable twin bedded rooms, one of which is Disney themed, are located off the hall which leads to the Great Room. Our Great Room is a large open plan living area comprising of kitchen, nook, sitting room and dining room. Microwave, dishwasher, electric cooker and a large fridge/freezer with ice making facility equip our American Dream style kitchen.
The large screened deck houses a pool 28 x 14 ft and is ldeal for children and adults to laze around in. Sun loungers and pool towels will be provided for your comfort as well as shatterproof plates and beakers for your al fresco dining. A toilet and shower can be accessed from the pool area and part of the deck is covered for those who may find the Floridian sun a little too bright at times.
Sundowners can be supped whilst watching the sun set from the pool after hectic day out at one of the theme parks!
