The pool and spa is surrounded by an extensive decking area which enjoys sunshine from early morning until dusk and looks out onto a conservation area , much more private than backing onto other properties
The bedrooms in this luxury rental villa are very spacious. The regal Master bedroom is 21ft x 15ft and has a KING SIZE 4 POSTER BED Cable TV, VCR, DVD and ensuite bathroom.
The second master bedroom has a KING SIZE SLIEGH BED, Cable TV, DVD and its own ensuite bathroom.
The 3rd master has a QUEEN SIZE BED, Cable TV, DVD and ensuite bathroom, which leads out onto the pool area.
There are also two twin bedrooms with Cable TVs. These bedrooms share a Bathroom with double vanity sinks. All bedrooms have fans a well as being air conditioned. As well as the four mentioned bathrooms there is also a downstairs powder room.
The Kitchen of this luxury Florida villa is fully equipped to cater for up to twelve people. With a microwave, oven, fridge freezer, dishwasher and cooking utensils. This stunning Orlando Home has plenty of seating with two dining areas. The sunny breakfast nook, which seats six, has patio doors opening onto the extended pool area.
After a busy day at the parks you can relax in any of this luxury villas 3 family seating areas. The family room has a large large screen cable TV, VCR and DVD.
More restful is the 2nd seating area, next to the dining room.
For the children there are electronics games in the upstairs loft area. Which includes COMPUTER with INTERNET ACCESS, & PLAYSTATION 2 with games.
We have a South facing, upgraded 30ft X 15ft fully screened pool with coloured lighting and a spa. There is an extra large decking area for lounging, which enjoys sunshine from early morning until dusk. The pool and decking area back onto a coservation area.
The games room has a 7ft Pool Table, Full size table tennis table, fuss ball and air hockey.
