Within walking distance is a golf course, a lake (useful for boat rentals and fishing) and other recreational activities. There is a bank and shops a few minutes walk from the community. The property also benefits from being on a huge corner lot - one of the largest in the community. There is a community pool and other recreational facilities including tennis courts. Here, you are close to everything - H-192, I-4, Disney, Seaworld, Walmart, Publix, Reunion, Champions Gate, etc - but still have the peace and quiet of a lovely, well-maintained community.
