Cartmel House offers luxury and style throughout with many fine features including a South Facing Pool with Extended Pool Deck, Pool Toys, and Golf Course Views. The covered Lanai with ceiling fan is the perfect place to cool down or enjoy a BBQ or dine al-fresco by the pool. Coming soon is a Hot Tub/Spa!
Inside is a large living area with entertainment centre equipped with CD’s, DVD’s, books, games etc, dining area, utility room and fully equipped kitchen, you will want for nothing! There are 2 master bedrooms both with en-suites, perfect for two families sharing.
On the ground floor the 1st master bedroom has an en-suite and views over the pool and golf course, while upstairs, the 2nd master bedroom features a 4 poster bed with upgraded pillow-top mattress, en-suite with roman bath, walk in shower and dressing room.
Also on the first floor is the Twin bedroom and Disney themed triple bunk bedroom ideal for the kids. These bedrooms share a bathroom on the first floor.
Guests also have free use of our computer with internet access, in house safe, free local calls, all upgraded linens and towels are provided, plus the villa has been equipped with ceiling fans in all rooms, cable TV’s in every bedroom with either a DVD or video with many films, books, and games to suit the whole family. Baby equipment is available in the villa, including, cot, highchair, stroller, and car seat.
The villa has air conditioning, heating, smoke alarms, and safety and sensor alarms. And the management company is only a phone call away.
Although not golfers ourselves, this is a truly stunning community, ideal for everyone, Golfers and Non Golfers alike. One not to be missed!

Pool Heat is optional but recommended between October - April - £84 - $142 per week.
Spa Heat is available - £30 - $50 per week.
A non-refundable deposit of £150 - $250 will secure a booking. Balance must be paid in full 8 weeks priors to the arrival date.
We accept payment by either UK £ cheque, US $ check, bank transfer to either our UK or USA banks, VISA Card, and Mastercard. When paying by credit card there is an admin fee of 2.5%, and when paying by bank transfer there is a charge of $20 or £10.
A refundable Security Deposit of £150 - $250 is required on all bookings unless payment has been made by credit card!
DISCOUNTS are available when booking more than 2 weeks.

Local Information from this Villa Owner
Cartmel House is conveniently situated on US Highway 27 close to all of Central Floridas major attractions. These include: 19 mins: Disney-Magic Kingdom, MGM Studios, Animal Kingdom, Epcot, Typhoon Lagoon, & Blizzard beach. 25 mins: Sea World, Wet and Wild, Universal Studios and Island of Adverture. 60 mins: Kennedy Space Centre, and Bush Gardens.
Both coasts are within an hours drive - the Space Coast (East) for Daytona Beach and Clearwater and St. Pete’s Beach (West/Gulf Coast). Other attractions and retail outlets are easily reached along I-4 east. In the other direction (start South on US 27) is Cypress Gardens about 15 mins away, recently rethemed and reopened (late 2004) as an adventure Park. Also south on US 27 is a cinema complex at Eagle Ridge Mall (about 15 minutes). Just a little further south, at Lake Wales, you can find a visitors centre giving details about the growth and distribution of Florida oranges. Bok Tower and Gardens, the highest point in Florida, is also close to Lake Wales.
