Luxury villa in Florida: Our larger than average 4 bedroom villa is situated on the prestigious Southern Dunes Golf and Country Club. Our south-east facing pool and spa have great views over the 8th fairway, and are not overlooked from behind. We have new sofas and carpets fitted throughout for 2005. There are 2 lounge areas and a large Master Suite downstairs with 3 further bedrooms and the family bathroom upstairs.

There is a 32" Cable TV, DVD, Video, CD/Radio/Cassette, Table Tennis, Foosball, Air Hockey, tennis racquets and baby equipment. All local, national and international phone calls are free of charge.
Southern Dunes' well-renowned championship golf course is rated 4.5 stars by Golf Digest and 6th best in Florida.

Guests have complimentary use of all Southern Dunes leisure facilities including communal pools, fitness gym, tennis courts, childrens playground, clubhouse and bar (A green fee is payable for golf). Within 2 minutes there is a 24 hour Wal-Mart superstore, shops, restaurants, fast food outlets, fuel, pharmacy, Blockbuster video and banks.

RENTAL NOTES:

Rates are for the whole villa per week and include all taxes and the final cleaning fee.

Changeover day is flexible.

Nightly rate available on request.

Pool and spa heating are available by pre-booking at a cost of ã80/$140 per week. You will need this option if you prefer the spa to be heated.

Deposit of ã100/$165 per week is required on booking with the balance due 8 weeks before the arrival day. We will hold dates for 7 days pending confirmation of travel arrangements and the deposit cheque.

A security deposit is required on arrival.
