The Four Seasons Luxury Villa is located right on the first fairway of the Southern Dunes Championship Golf Course only 18 minutes from Disney. It has 6 bedrooms, 4.5 bathrooms, 2 master suites, a loft, games room, heated pool and jacuzzi. Just about 18 minutes from Disney, you can have all the peace and tranquility of a non overlooked view.All this and you are still just a short distance to the Orlando attractions.
Brand new in 2004, the villa is 2 storey and is furnished to a very high standard, with two living rooms, a dining room and a loft you will always be able to get some privacy if you want it.
The 19th hole on the golf course is only a few minutes walk up the first fairway, you can get a drink and dinner if you want, play a round of golf or work of the days excesses in the gym.
Southern Dunes is a gated community and very secure.

The prices are inclusive of florida state tax at 12%. Pool and jacuzzi heat is optional and must be requested at the time of booking. For bookings of 5 days or less there is a cleaning surcharge of £55/$100. A security deposit of £200/$350 is due along with the final balance 8 weeks prior to arrival. The security deposit is fully refundable pending an inspection from our management company. The rates shown below are guaranteed in pounds sterling, the dollar rate may change with market fluctuations. The rate we are using at the moment is £1=$1.80. We accept PayPal payments with a credit card. These are subject to 4% surcharge.
