2. How to make a booking:
Found the right holiday home for you? To make a booking you can either email or phone the property owner…these details can be found at the bottom of every holiday home page.

Please remember that owners are like everyone else and the majority work normal hours during the day, so if you phone or email during the daytime do not expect a response immediately.

Always leave an evening contact number so the owner can return your call when they return, should you need to be contacted at a specific time and date regarding your booking please state this when sending the enquiry.

Don't leave anything to chance, if your not sure of travel arrangements , location or just the general suitability of the property be sure to ask.

3. The finances
When booking your holiday home be sure to confirm the full financial details of your holiday rental, initial deposit , balance of payment before arrival, security deposit and any consumables such as telephone ,pool heating and cleaning.

4. The property:
Be sure to check the arrangements for your access to the property during your stay, some owners may live on site or employ a local agent to give you access to the property and your keys during your stay.

5. What if there's a problem.
Should a problem arise during your stay, contact the agent or owner straightaway! With local knowledge they should be able to correct any problems you have encountered speedily letting you enjoy a trouble free holiday.

6. Leaving the property:

Please leave the property as you found it, if a cleaning agreement is in place it is advisable to give the property a general tidy.

Remember that for your holiday you have stayed in another's home so treat it as you would your own.
